Heart Exchange Monthly Social
2nd Saturday of the month at CHI St. Luke's Health–Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, Texas - Cooley Auditorium 6:00 pm (Green elevators.) or via ZOOM

People that can answer your questions about their experiences.
Open to everyone; those anticipating surgery, any of their family members or friends, or anyone that would like to learn more about transplants and assist devices. The social is free of charge and we provide refreshments
Transplant Support Group Meeting (PLEASE NOTE - Due to pandemic, weekly meetings are being hosted via ZOOM - see home page)
This meeting takes place every Wednesday at 10:00 am at CHI St. Luke's Health–Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center (Yellow elevators, 12th Floor) in Houston, Texas (or via ZOOM). Members of the Heart Exchange generally attend the Transplant Support group meetings chaired by CHI St Luke's Health Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center.
Not a Patient at CHI St Luke's Health Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center - it doesn't matter, we'd love for you to join us.
Heart Golf Classic (temporarily on hold)
